How the church is led

“I'm just grateful to have God as my father and want as many as possible to know and experience His love.”

“That they would experience a sense of belonging, encounter God's love in a real way, and find a community that walks alongside them through every season.”

“Christ's love compels and motivates me to serve his church — I know through experience what good God can do.”

“That they see and feel the love of Christ that we radiate — the Bible being followed, and imitators of Christ.”

“Young people are the future of our church. Serving here lets me make an impact that can last for generations.”

“I want to give back in the same way I have received — this church has cared for my children since before they were born.”

“I believe we are all called to offer ourselves in service, as this was the example of Jesus.”

“I'm grateful to use the gifts God has given me to care for people in practical ways.”

“I hope newcomers find that God has answers to their deepest questions and purpose for their gifts.”

“I became a Christian in this church and I love it — I'm excited about the future, partly because of the young people here.”

“God has been so faithful to me that serving the body of Christ is the least I can do to show Him how grateful I am.”

“My wife and I believe we are all called to serve wherever we can — born and raised in East London, and back for good.”

“My hope is that people feel safe and seen, no matter where they are on their journey.”

“To experience the living God through the love of real community, and to build real friendships in the family of the church.”

“My hope is that this church can be a home and a family, where people are sharpened to become more like Christ.”

“I've been in and out of East London, but this is where I've found my people.”
